Running Fashionably Late?
We get it — life happens. If you're running just 5–10 minutes behind, give us a quick call to let us know. If you're 15 minutes late or more, we might need to reschedule your appointment so we can continue giving every guest the time and attention they deserve. A rebooking fee may apply.
Our schedule is designed with intention — so every appointment feels unrushed, relaxed, and all about you. Thanks for helping us keep it that way.
Let’s Get to Know Your Hair
Before your appointment, you may receive a Client Form or text message from your stylist with questions. It’s our way of getting a little peek into your world. This is where you’ll send us snaps of your current hair and any inspo you're dreaming of.
Filling it out or responding to messages helps us tailor your visit and make sure we've booked just the right amount of time for the magic to unfold. The sooner it's complete, the smoother things flow. We can’t wait to see what’s inspiring you.
Our Commitment to You
Salon Salon does not offer refunds, but we stand behind every cut, color, and curl we create. If something doesn’t feel quite right after your visit, we’re here to make it better. Let us know within three business days, and your stylist will happily work with you to fine-tune anything that needs a little extra love.
If you'd prefer to chat with someone else, you’re always welcome to reach out to our salon manager directly. While we don’t offer refunds, we’ll do everything we can to ensure you feel confident, cared for, and completely at home in your hair.
Cancellations + No-Shows
Our stylists are paid on commission and rely on keeping their schedule full. Out of respect for our stylists time, our cancellation/no-show policy is as follows:
No charge for any appointment cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.
We will charge 50% of the service booked as a cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.
We will charge 100% of the service booked as a cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
If you no-show an appointment, your credit card will be charged 100% of the service booked
Child Safety Policy
We understand how challenging it is to find time to spend on yourself. We also understand that your “me time” does not always align with your hair appointments. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately Salon Salon cannot provide child care services. Also, young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. Our salon is small, we do not allow anyone other than the person receiving services to be in the back area, unless approved by the stylists and management. Older children (12+), capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy their relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. Our salon is not childproof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy-congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Our stylists and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible.
